We’ve created Ultra Trail Jervis Bay as an independent running festival celebrating Australia’s coastal landscapes, indigenous heritage and the challenge of moving naturally over ancient and wild places. Get ready for amazing natural scenery, beautiful free flowing wild running, white sand, plenty of challenges and a healthy dose of suffering.
We are a local Family of trail runners and, with our kids, have been weaving around trails for decades. We also love operating outdoor and adventure sports events and are passionate about building adventure communities and getting people moving and pushing themselves hard. We have combined all of these passions to create Ultra Trail Jervis Bay and want to make it an amazing event for runners and their families. This is a truly iconic landscape and it’s not a straightforward place to hold a large Ultra Trail event…but here we are!!!! Behind us is an amazing Team of Local Businesses working together to make this Event Happen. We hope everyone has an amazing time and enjoys the hard slog on the day. Why do we do this sport ? Quite simply because life is harder without it!!
